I attended the Coaching Skill for Teachers training program conducted by Coach KC of CoachPlus Academy for teachers and educators. It was really good and useful for teachers to unleash our students’ potentials and explore their dreams for their study plan and career path. Teachers do not have to generally feed information for students as the normal platform of learning. Teachers should try harder to ask questions that create their student’s awareness and explore their goals. It is the new platform of learning that can be started now. She is very knowledgeable about coaching and therefore is very talented in conducting the training with a lot of case studies. I loved her coaching demonstration very much as it clearly explained how to ask and why it work.
