I was so grateful to attend the Executive Coach Certification Program conducted by Coach KC of CoachPlus Academy. She is my great coach and trainer. I was very impressed in her talent on the training process of ICF core coaching competencies as well as the coaching models and the coaching technics which were shared by her direct experiences. I could fully understand the whole coaching process from her demonstration. It was very clear and very focus step by step. It was easy to understand but very powerful that we all could memorize each competency. The workshop, coaching practice and coaching demonstration were all well-prepared for her students. Her coach mentoring and valuable feedback could clarify our blind spots. In addition, she inspired all her students to practice coaching continually. I can apply coaching for myself and my team with positive impact on my performance. Her Peace Coach training program is very unique in combining ICF core coaching competencies with the fundamental principles of Buddhism leading to our mindfulness, active listening and powerful questioning with no attachment and judgement. I am sure all her students will have the same experiences as me.
