Learning coaching skill from Coach KC of CoachPlus Academy helped me a lot in my dissemination on Buddhism principles. I can now use coaching as a tool in my conversation with Buddhists. I don’t need to give them any advices but exploring their sufferings or real needs by listening actively and asking powerful questions. Coaching skill is indeed very important for everyone as it helps creating self-awareness on what is important for our lives and what actions are required in order to achieve our goals. It is very clear in our mind. And when we focus in doing something thoroughly, we can accomplish at the end. That is the principles of “Basis for Success” or “อิทธิบาท 4” comprises of Passion, Persistence, Dedication and Deliberation. This is very important that people can find their own path of meaningful lives. I like her Peace Coach training program as it is simple but very powerful because learners will understand not only ICF core coaching competencies but also the fundamental principles of Buddhism which will create their inner peace prior to taking any actions.
