In order to grow, we all need to continually develop ourselves by our life-long learning on anything that we see it important in some way. I was from a global leading consulting firm so I was very familiar with mentoring. When I heard about coaching, I really had no idea what it is. Attending Coaching Skill for Leaders conducted by Coach KC of CoachPlus Academy cleared me all. It was a very good skill for leaders, indeed. Leaders should start exploring our people by asking powerful questions. We should get together and know each other more by our coaching conversation. I am now exploring my clients’ needs by asking questions in order to address exactly what they desire.
