I am very glad to attend the LeaderShift Coaching Certification Program conducted by Coach KC of CoachPlus Academy. I heard about coaching before but this is the first time to attend the whole training program on ICF coaching and its core coaching competencies. I learnt a lot and practiced coaching in the class. I really needed to focus and follow through the coaching process step by step. It is very useful as I can apply it for my work and my life. I will allocate my time to learn and practice more for sure. Thank you Coach KC once again for her dedication to all students even after the training program was completed.
